Tyler Snure represents individuals and corporations in complex commercial litigation in both state and federal courts, as well as individuals who are subject to criminal investigations and prosecutions. Mr. Snure began his legal career as an Assistant State Attorney in Seminole County, Florida. While at the State Attorney’s Office, he obtained substantial jury trial experience, prosecuting a wide range of criminal cases. Immediately prior to joining Stovash, Case & Tingley, P.A., Mr. Snure worked for more than five years at a local criminal defense firm, where he worked on high profile cases, serious felonies, litigated complex scientific evidentiary issues, appeals, as well as other civil and administrative matters. Mr. Snure utilizes his extensive trial experience, understanding of the rules of evidence and procedure to achieve the best possible results for his clients.
