Since joining Stovash, Case, Shay, & Pearce, P.A., in early 2004, Rachel Scherwin’s litigation practice has focused on the effective representation of corporate clients in a variety of industries. The firm’s business and financial institution clients come to her to resolve their contract disputes, pursue replevin and foreclosure actions, and assist in the domestication of foreign judgments and post-judgment collection proceedings. She also has a significant presence in federal court, representing creditors in Chapter 7, Chapter 13 and Chapter 11 bankruptcy cases and acting as local counsel to law firms around the nation who rely upon her knowledge of the local rules and practices of Florida federal courts.
